| Characteristics and Applications |
|
■It dries at high speed. The surface area of feed liquid is increased greatly after centrifugal spray. 95 to 98 per cent moisture can be evaporated in the high-temperature air stream for a moment. It only takes several seconds to complete drying。
■It applies to heat sensitive materials. Since the liquid drop and hot wind flow in the same direction, although the hot wind is at the high temperature, the moisture of materials is evaporated but the materials do not become overheated.The distribution of temperature in drying tower is shown as the right illustration.。
■It has a wide scope of application. A group of materials with great differences in properties of matter are produced with this dryer such as the type of polymer and resin; the dyestuff and coloring agent; ceramics and glass; rust remover and pesticide; carbohydrate; dairy products; blood and fish products; fertilizer; organic and organic compounds and so on。 |
■The product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility. Since the drying is finished in a moment, the product can keep uniform and exiguous granulars。
■The production process is simplified and the operation control becomes convenient. The solution with the humidity ratio of 40 per cent to 60 per cent ( It can be up to 90 per cent for the special materials) can be dried to be the powdery product all at once. After drying, it doesn’t need to be crumbled to dust and filtrated, which reduces the production process and increases the product purity. The operating condition can be changed in a specific range to adjust the grain diameter, bulk density and moisture of product., which can also be controlled and managed easily。 |
Operating Principle
■The air comes into hot air distributor “3” on the top of drying house through filter”1” and heater “2” and the hot air goes into drying house “4” spirally and evenly. After feed liquid flows through filter “5”, it is pumped to the centrifugal spray head “7” on the top of the drying house by pump”6” and is atomized into tiny liquid drops. Since it touches air with a huge surface area, the moisture is evaporated rapidly and it can be dehumidified into pabular granulas in a short time. The wet exhaust gas is still be gathered in the bottom of tower and cyclone separating device “8” and then it is discharged outside by blower “9”。
