 Working Principle： |
| The vacuum drying is to heat and dry the dried materials in the vacuum condition, which has air & humidity suction with the vacuum pump and increases the drying rate。 |
| Applications： |
It applies to the cold drying of heat sensitive materials that is easy to break down, polymerize and deteriorate; It is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemicals, foodstaff and electronics, etc。 |
| Characteristics： |
1.The boiling point of materials in the vacuum is lowered, which increases the driving force of heat transfer of evaporator, so it can save the heat transfer area of evaporator for a certain heat output。
2.The heat source of evaporator can adopt low pressure steam or waste steam。
3.The disinfection can be performed before drying. No impure substance is mixed in the process of drying, which measures up to the requirements of GMP。
4.It belongs to the static vacuum drier, so the form and structure of dry substance will never be demaged。
5.The thermal losses for evaporator is lessened。
6.It adopts the condenser and is able to recover the solvent of materials efficiently |
