SYH Series of Three-dimensional Motion Mixer |
 Applications & Characteristics
▲The mixer is used for the highly uniform mixing of granular materials in the industries of pharmacy, chemicals, foodstaff, light manufacturing, electronics, machinery, mining metallurgical and national defence, etc。
▲The mixing cylinder moves in multi-directions. The materials are not affected by the centrifugal force and the phenomena of gravity segregation, delamination and accumulation will not occur. The constituent is allowed to have disparity in weight ratio and mixture ratio over 99.9%. it is a more ideal product of different mixers at present。
▲The barrel has a large charging rate, max.. of which comes up to 80 per cent ( the charging rate of common mixer is only 40 per cent ), and it has a high efficiency with shorter mixing time。
▲All parts of barrel are made with transition arcs and done with precision polishing treatment。
▲It adopts touch pad and frequency control。
Working Principle
The material barrel is driven by the drive shaft and do continuous combined motion such as parallel move, rotary motion and rolling motion, actuating materials to do three-dimensional combined motion in the circumferential, radial and axial directions through the barrel, so as to realize the mutual flow, pervasion, accumulation and adulteration and to achieve the result of uniform mixing。 |
