Dynamic Multifunctional Extraction Tank
Purposes：

▲The machine set is used for the technological process of decoction extraction or hot reflux extraction in the agitation state for the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which take water or organic menstruum as medium. And it can recover naphtha during the extraction process.

Survey：

▲The machine set is efficient to extract the active ingredient from mass medicinal materials, which conserves energy;The active ingredient extracted by the machine set is more plenitudinous and its extracting solution contains medicine?with higher concentration.
▲The upper half of main part of the machine is straight barrel type, while its lower half is positive cone-like structure. The barrel body has a large diameter and a short length, which reduces the length of mixer shaft and makes the machine running more smoothly and safely.
▲The cleanout door adopts pneumatical start closed system, which is smooth and safe. Thus it avoids operators from damaging the machine for misoperation. It has no noise but a good self-lock character. It reduces investment outlay and decreases handling cost of operating maintenance.
▲The feeding gate adopts hand quick-opening structure, which is simple.it is easy and safe to use.
