Structural Features: |
| ▲The equipment includes five specification series ( see the main technical parameter table), which is all made of stainless steel material with compact construction, beautiful style as well as it is clean and durable. It is mainly made up of six parts such as evaporating tank, the first condenser, gas-liquid separator, the second condenser, cooler and fluid bath. The evaporating tank adopts jacket structure, the condenser adopts tubular and the cooler adopts coiled pipe。 |
Working Principle: |
| ▲The materials can flow automatically or be pumped into evaporating tank by vacuum and heated by the steam through the jacket. It is proper for the feeding height to go up to the middle of sight glassof container. The reflux quantity of the rising steam is controlled by the first condenser according to the different material tank. The industrial solvent (such as alcohol) is obtained in the fluid bath through the second condenser. The equipment can be used commonly for production or decompressing production and for batch production or continuous production. As continuous feeding goes on, the feed pipe shall be fixed with a flowmeter. In the process of continuous decompressing production, Before the material is discharged from evaporating tank, the pressure in tank shall be returned to normal。 |
