JH Series of Alcohol Recovery Tower

Main Applications:

▲The equipment mainly applies to the alcohol recovery in the industries of pharmacy, foodstaff, light manufacturing and chemicals as well as it applies to the distillation of methanol and other solvent. According to the requirements of customers, the equipment can distill the thin alcohol from the consistency of about 30 degrees to 90 to 95 degrees。

Facility Feautures: |
| ▲The facility adopts new style of high efficiency stainless steel mesh helices. The distilling tower body is made of stainless steel. Every device contacting with alcohol, such as condenser, surge tank and cooling coil, is made of stainless steel to ensure the finished alcohol not to be polluted. The outside of distillation pot, external wall of heating pipe and the wall of distillation pot are easy to clean. The facility can be used for batch production and semiserialized manufacture。 |

▲The facility can be divided into such six specifications as JH-200, JH-300, JH-400, JH-500, JH-600 and JH-800. Every specification includes the relevantly matched distillation pot, condenser and surge tank. The gravimeter and other auxiliary equipment are self-provided by users but they can be manufactured and provided additionally by our factory according to the requirements of users。 |

▲Picture 1 refers to the process chart of JH-400, JH-500 and JH-600
▲Picture 2 refers to the outline drawing of distillating tower for JH-200 and JH-300. Its technological process is the same as picture 1. The differences lie in the fact that the tower of J H-200 and JH-300 joins to the tower caldron directly。 |
Installing Instructions: |
▲The installing requirements for distillation tower include verticality, air tightness and stability. Whether
panapak of every piece of tower section is installed well will be the key to affect the efficiency of tower. Its specific requirements are shown as follows:
1.Panapak of every bowl shall be fixed horizontally, around which shall be stuffed up firmly with asbestos cord or the shavings of tetrachloroethylene, in case that the feed liquid has “short-circuit”。
2.The stuffings shall be pressed against each other tightly without any gap. The panapak of two contacting bodies is arranged in staggered form at an angle of 90 degrees。
3.The stowage materials for two ends of every tower section shall be flush with flange face, so that the gap between the two end faces remains as small as possible。 |
