▲Alcohol Recovering: It has a strong recovery capacity. It adopts the vacuum processing and improves the technological process of equipment. Compared with the equipment with old performance of the same kind, its productivity increases by 5 to 10 times. Its primary recovery comes to 95 per cent with alcohol consumption less than 5 per cent. It has the characteristics of a small investment and a high profit from recovery. It can reduce energy consumption by 30 per cent。
▲Concentrated Feed Liquid: The equipment adopts external heating natural cycle and
negative pressure vacuum evaporation with a large evaporation rate and the cocnentration factor up to 1.4. Since the feed liquid is concentrated without foam in the totally sealed environment, the liquid medicine concentrated by the equipment is not polluted but has thick flavor of a drug. It is easy to clean, only to open the upper and lower covers of heater. It is easy to operate and covers small areas with a beautiful appearance. As delivery, the equipment is well-equipped with heater, evaporator and insulation layer. The surface of utermost insulation layer is wrapped in the glittery stainless steel sheet and the equipment is furnished in the workshop with good style. The equipment including the contacting parts with feed liquid is made of stainless steel（1Cr18Ni9Ti）, which measures up to the standard of GMP。 |
